UPDATE: The Supreme Court DENIES Defense Motion to Remove Juror, MISTRIAL DECLARED

UPDATE: The Supreme Court has denied the defense's motion to remove the lone based juror. Mistrial declared.

The jury is set to reconvene soon amid Judge William Sullivan declaring a mistrial, then switching gears to allow the defense an hour to appeal. This comes after her defense scrutinized the sole juror standing in the way of a non-guilty verdict. The claim is that the juror is not applying "reasonable doubt" and is holding out illegally.

The male juror is refusing to back down and concede to the others. Stand strong, buddy. We're with you. A true Patriot.

Again, ANYONE who murders their own children has a mental illness of some kind. We can not allow the precedent to be set that mental illness is an excuse to murder your children.
