This Refund Policy applies to memberships and donations purchased from onPaigeOne, operated by Duska, LLC.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your membership purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date. This applies to both monthly and annual membership plans.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. To request a refund:

• Visit Stripe Support and look up your purchase using your order email or receipt, or
• Reply to your Stripe receipt email, or contact us through the channels on our About page and we'll help you with the request.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.

Donations

One-time donations are voluntary contributions that keep the site running and are generally non-refundable once processed. However, if you made a donation in error (wrong amount, duplicate charge, etc.), contact us or Stripe within 14 days and we will make it right. Recurring donations can be cancelled at any time from your receipt email or the billing portal; cancellation stops future charges.

Cancellations

You can cancel a membership or recurring donation at any time. After cancellation, your membership perks remain active until the end of your current paid billing period, and no further charges occur. Badge tenure is based on total lifetime time subscribed, so cancelling and returning later does not reset your badge progress.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date and apply to purchases made after the change takes effect.
